- Development and support of an individualized patient plan of care based on your patient's specific needs.
- A complimentary copy of our HCV Treatment Journal so patients can monitor and record their important test results and progress during treatment.
- Supplementary educational materials specific to their medication treatment. We also sponsor periodic education calls with professional speakers on topics relevant to the HCV community.
- Accepting all referrals (patients that can't be serviced directly will be immediately placed with another specialty pharmacy).
