FactorHealth's HIV Treatment Advantage program includes the following features:
- You will receive the benefit of our Personal Services Team, which consists of a Benefits Coordinator, Pharmacists, Social Workers and Registered Nurses.
- You will receive customized packaging of daily, oral medications in your individual Wellpaks that provides an organized system and easy access to assist you in staying on your medication schedule.
- Pharmacists and pharmacy services, which are available 24 hours per day 365 days per year.
- Our professional pharmacy teams of registered pharmacists work with you towards medication compliance through individualized counseling.
- You will have access to educational sites & materials to assist you in your decision-making during your treatment.
- FactorHealth will assist you in accessing manufacturer's Prescription Assistance Programs, as applicable.
- Medications are shipped directly to you or other location of choice.
- Our professional services team encourages you and or your caregiver to discuss with us any side effects you are experiencing, nutritional questions, psychological issues, or any other questions or concerns pertinent to your medication therapy so we can work in conjunction with your physician to help meet your needs.
