FACTORHEALTH AND FCS PHARMACY APPOINT NEW DIRECTOR OF PHARMACY Published Thursday, December 7, 2006 Factor Health Management, LLC and FCS Pharmacy, LLC Announce The Appointment of New Director of FCS Pharmacy and the Opening of its California Pharmacy Facility Enrique J. Hernandez, RPh, MBA comes to Factor Health Management and FCS Pharmacy with vast experience in specialty pharmacy and home infusion therapies. Boca Raton, FL — December 4, 2006 — Factor Health Management and FCS Pharmacy are pleased to announce that Enrique J. Hernandez, RPh, MBA has been named the new Director of FCS Pharmacy, effective December 4, 2006. Hernandez will be based in FCS’ Boca Raton facility and will oversee our national pharmacy team, including our new facility in Fairfield California, and will work in conjunction with our Patient Services and Benefits Coordination department to fulfill Factor Health Management’s mission of providing superior comprehensive services in specialty pharmacy, individualized care plans and benefits coordination to empower members of the bleeding disorders community to live fuller, healthier lives. Before joining Factor Health Management and FCS Pharmacy, Hernandez served as Director of Pharmacy for a mail order PBM based pharmacy and also as Director of Pharmacy for an IV specialty pharmacy. Prior to these roles, Hernandez served as the Director of Clinical Services for an in-home IV pharmaceutical service. Hernandez has a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from NOVA/Southeastern University College of Pharmacy and an MBA from the University of Miami. Hernandez is a member of several professional associations including South Florida Society of Hospital Pharmacists, where he has been awarded several times for outstanding contributions and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists where he was awarded the 1992 A.S.H.P. Leadership Award. Factor Health Management and FCS Pharmacy are also pleased to announce the opening and licensure of its California pharmacy location, FCS Pharmacy II. FCS II is located in Fairfield, California and will initally serve all of California and is poised to serve nationally in conjunction with FCS Pharmacy in Boca Raton. This facility is part of our national expansion initiative and will allow us to continue to provide superior specialty pharmacy on a larger national scale. The same services will be available at both pharmacies and a pharmacist will always be available for our patients’ private consultation.
