FACTORHEALTH MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES A NEW CEO AND A NEW PRESIDENT Published Thursday, December 7, 2006 Boca Raton, FL (November 2, 2007) - FactorHealth Management™ is pleased to announce that Willard Soper has been named CEO and Jarrett Bostwick, J.D., LL.M., has been named president effective immediately. As Managing Director of HFC Associates, LLC, Mr. Soper has been a key adviser to FactorHealth Management™ since 2006 and has been instrumental in setting the strategic vision for FactorHealth™ and FactorHealth Alliance™ member companies. “Willard brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the CEO position. In addition to his many years of experience in strategically growing companies, he has great insight and vision. During his career, Mr. Soper has held senior management positions in marketing, finance, sales, and franchise management in large corporations.
